Spirea japonica Gold Flame is an vivid ornamental shrub renowned for its bright yellow foliage and arching branches. This unique shrub flourishes in both sun and shade and is known for its ability to attract butterflies, bees, and birds. Gold Flame is extremely hardy, tolerating temperatures as low as -30°F and growing in almost any soil or climate. It can also live for up to 15 years, making it an excellent choice for landscaping.

Avoid pruning in the winter. Prune as required in early to mid spring to within one or two of the older woody framework.
