Shipping policy

Delivery via courier, we use next day delivery services from a recognised carriers. Because our plants are quite big and often weighty the fee for this service is only £8.99 (£11.80 is payable if it is a large order, ie. over £100, we will be in touch with you if this is applicable) This service is nationwide throughout the UK mainland.

All the plants may be removed from their containers and placed in plastic bags, this is to reduce the parcel weight and also the plants can be more tightly compacted with their soil for a safer journey…they don't slip and slide around! We have used this method for countless deliveries and find it is the most effective and safest way of securing our plants in transit, and our customers think so too. If we feel your order would benefit from an  alternative method we will be in touch to discuss this with you
